Confirm or Modify Registration for
VCLA Computer-Based Testing

Refer to the following information if you need assistance in confirming or modifying your VCLA CBT registration.

Registration Confirmation

If you have not received a registration confirmation or your Authorization to Test by e-mail within three business days of submitting your registration or if you have lost your Authorization to Test, call Evaluation Systems at (866) 613-3292 or (413) 256-2888 to confirm your registration status.

Confirming, Rescheduling, or Canceling a Test Appointment

Visit the Pearson VUE Web site at www.pearsonvue.com/vcla to

• confirm your test appointment;
• change your test date, test center, or testing time free of charge up to one business day (24 hours) before your scheduled testing time; or
• cancel your test appointment up to one business day (24 hours) before your scheduled testing time. If you wish to withdraw your registration completely after canceling your test appointment, call Evaluation Systems at (866) 613-3292 or (413) 256-2888 at least one business day after canceling your test appointment. If your cancellation request was made by one business day (24 hours) before your scheduled testing time, you will receive a partial refund of testing fees.
